The Great American Clean-Up - EnvironMental Health Day Beach/River Clean-Up Series

The Great American Clean-up is celebrating it's 25th Anniversary and KIRB is proud to be hosting a series of beach/river clean-ups with an inspiring twist as a part of this nationwide effort. Following the clean-up activities we will be offering mindfulness practices to promote nurture as well as nature. Put simply, life can be stressful and it is our goal to offer our volunteers, sponsors, and passers by a chance to partake in some mindful breathing exercises, qigong, sound baths, and more to share the healing qualities nature provides with the community.

Each event in the series will have various mindfulness practices for our community to enjoy.
