CIGARETTE LITTER PREVENTION

Cigarette butts contribute to the most litter in our environment*. If you would like a free car ashtray or cigarette butt holder, find the Keep Indian River Beautiful tent at a local community event and pick one up.

Help us serve those who have served us. This program works to give back to Veterans in our community by beautifying their property.

LITTER QUITTER

This program uses partnerships with local businesses as a means of reducing common sources of litter like single-use plastics, plastic bags, and polystyrene (styrofoam).

EVENT RECYCLING

This program started in 2017 with the goal to facilitate recycling at large events, therefore diverting thousands of pounds of recycling from the landfill.
